Holidays and Events

The holidays in LevLA are always WOW! We host meals with 40-70 guests. The singing, divrei torah and togetherness are something worth coming from far. We are always on a high after Yomtov in LevLA.

Facility

This six-unit building is a haven of healing for our guests. The five-star accommodations, with fully stocked kitchens, provide comfort and privacy during their stressful time away from home. We hope to expand it in the future so we can help more cholim in need.

Challah bake

Challah Bakes have a special place in Galit’s heart. The mitzvah of taking challah from dough represents the woman’s tafkid, or purpose, of elevating mundane into spirituality. This mitzvah, along with the prayers during the Challah Bakes, are a merit for our unwell guests.

Our Volunteers

Something we’ve learned while taking care of our many guests, is that we can’t do everything alone. We have volunteers to help with baking for Shabbos, and setting up for Shabbos and other events. The girls are so eager to help, and are excited to join our mitzvah. Huge thank you to our helpful volunteers!

Galit’s Home Cooking

Is food your love language? It’s definitely a love language in LevLA! Guests are cared for with hot and delicious home-cooked meals each night. And take a peek at the Erev Shabbos pictures from Galit’s kitchen. Her Shabbos food heals the soul.
